Intro
Dan here (Mun of cu_chulainn) bringing in Crocodile from One Piece, that animu about reaction faces and hilarious superpowers. He's being taken from episode 512, after he decides to return to the New World.
Crocodile is a 'Sand-Man' who can turn himself into sand, manipulate it and drain moisture out of anything he(or his sand) touches. Aside from the obvious, Crocodile is a crime boss and a former Warlord of the sea, once regarded as a hero to Alabasta until it was discovered that he was actually the head of a secret criminal force called 'Baroque Works'. His title then was 'Mr. 0', since he made all his agents, including himself, operate under secret titles.
Blah blah--Crocodile likes a handful of things: fur coats, suits, cigars, hair grease, crocodiles and sand. Also crime, but he won't really say that, yet. Crocodile's going to try and pretend to be the innocent Warlord once again and see if he can open another lavish and ridiculously furnished casino once again.

Croc seems like a fun muse to slam a character at, sorry but it's been years since I dived into One Piece, been thinking of trying again with how much I see of it lately.
Maybe Tav and him can bond about crocodiles, he likes those, that or Tav can be kinda freaked out by him and they can awkwardly talk till Tav absconds.
Either way, nice to have ya in game and I hope to play with you at some point!

This is good. From what I've seen, I'm guessing Tavros is a bloodswap of Eridan's position in the spectrum? Crocodile doesn't really care for royalty, but he knows how to talk to them. :)
Even if all he wants is to take and take and take from people! Crocodile bonding is most likely the best way for Tavros to get an in with this guy, too--since he pretty rarely ever speaks positively towards someone without there being some sort of agenda.

He is purple blooded yep, got his rifle, cape, and hair dye, but still all Tav. He TRIES to he a highblood and all royal and stuff but... only when he thinks about it, pft.
Aww, well we will see. Tavros has only had very negative CR with one person, he's a pretty optimistic person! We shall sea what type of agenda is fished up.
